Al-Baha Investment and Development Co. posted a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 830,704 for H1 2020, against a net loss of SAR 422,327 a year earlier.

 

The company was driven by a 16.38% year-on-year rise in revenue, amid flat cost of sales and a decline of 6.21% YoY in general and administrative expenses.

The second-quarter net profit after Zakat and tax rose over two times to SAR 449,905 million from SAR 179,864 million in Q2 2019. The positive figures were backed by a 17.95% YoY rise in revenue, amid lower cost of sales, as well as general and administrative expenses.

 

On a sequential basis, Al-Baha’s net profit jumped 18%.
