Alandalus posts 8% profit growth in H1 2019

Alandalus Property Co. reported a net profit after zakat and tax of SAR 35.4 million, an increase of 8.3 percent year-on-year (YoY) for H1 2019, driven by higher profit share from associates and lower zakat provisions

Q2 2019 net earnings increased 24.42 percent YoY to SAR 15.13 million on higher operating profit, higher profit share from associates, lower financing costs and decreased zakat provisions.

 

On a quarterly basis, net profit dropped 25.4 percent due to lower operating profit and higher general and administrative expenses (G&As).
