MEPCO restates H1 profit as SAR 42.8 mln; 18% down y-o-y

Middle East Paper Company (MEPCO), in a corrective statement said it made an H1-2015 net profit of SAR 42.8 million, 18 percent lower compared to the year earlier period.

 

MEPCO said the SAR 7.3 million in consultancy fees related to the IPO is “fully borne by the selling shareholders.”  In a previous statement, the company said it made an H1 net profit of SAR 35.5 million.
