Jabal Omar appoints Al Hqeel as auditing committee member

Jabal Omar Development appointed non-executive board member, Ziyad Othman Al Hqeel, as member on the auditing committee effective from Nov. 6, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The appointment is still subject to the approval of the next general aseembly, the statement added.

 

Al Hqeel replaced auditing committee member Abdulrahman bin Mohammed who resigned on August 5, it added.
