Petro Rabigh shareholders elect board members

Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co. (Petro Rabigh) general assembly has elected members of the board of directors for the coming three-year term starting on Nov. 3, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Abdulaziz M. Al Qadeemi, Nasser Al-Mahasher, Soliman Amer Al-Borkan , Noriaki Takeshita, Takashi Shigemori , Seiji Takeuchi, Saleh Fahad Al Nuzhah , Saud Al Ashgar and Mohammed Al Omair.

 

Shareholders have also appointed Seiji Takeuchi as executive board member from June 28, 2018 until Nov. 2, 2018.

 

Meanwhile, they approved the audit committee and its updated regulations as well as updated bylaws.
