Jabal Omar to finalize Jumeirah Makkah Hotel; operational by 2019

Jabal Omar Development Co. has inked an agreement with Al Arif Group to finalize the remaining construction works in Jabal Omar Jumeirah Makkah Hotel – phase II, the company said in a statement.

 

The agreement is also aimed at completing the remaining project stages, in line with future plans, the statement added.

 

The project phase II, which is managed by Jumeirah Group, is expected to be operational by 2019.

 

The Jabal Omar Jumeirah Makkah Hotel will include 1,033 guest rooms along with 93 villas and will feature a variety of food and beverage offerings, meeting facilities, executive lounge, gymnasium and over 90 retail units throughout the complex.

 

In July 2017, Dubai Holding and Jabal Omar signed an agreement to develop Jabal Omar Jumeirah Makkah Hotel in Saudi Arabia.
