SRMG names Saleh Al Duwais as chief executive

Saudi Research & Marketing Group has appointed Saleh Al Duwais as chief executive officer (CEO) effective from June 2, 2018, the group said in a bourse statement.

 

The step came as the company’s former CEO Ghassan Shibl has submitted his resignation, on June 2, after being appointed as chairman for the board of directors.

 

Al Duwais has held leading positions within the group for 14 years and enjoys long experience in companies’ management, the statement added.

 

Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan Al Saud has resigned on Saturday from his position as chairman of SRMG as King Salman has issued a royal decree appointing him as the Kingdom’s Minister of Culture.
