Saudi Arabia’s finance ministry will announce the state’s quarterly budget report on Sunday, Alriyadh newspaper reported.
The ministry is expected to announce Q2 budget, including revenue, expenses, deficit, and public debt, all in comparison with the previous quarter.
In May, the ministry announced Q1 budget, which showed a deficit of SAE 26 billion, while the revenues and expenses reached SAR 144 billion and SAR 170 billion, respectively.
The budget announcements come as part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 initiative, which aims to promote transparency.
