The tower will feature luxury residential units, commercial spaces, a Four Seasons Hotel, and an observation deck, offering views of Jeddah and the Red Sea.

Jeddah Tower, set to exceed 1,000 meters in height, is poised to become the tallest building in the world. It will transform Jeddah's skyline and establish Saudi Arabia as a global hub for architectural innovation and economic opportunities.

The tower aligns with the Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to diversify the economy and advance sustainable urban development. The project is anticipated to generate many jobs during its construction phase and beyond, the company added.

According to data available with Argaam, KHC announced in October 2024 that JEC, a subsidiary, signed an agreement with Saudi Binladin Group (SBG) to complete the construction of the Jeddah Tower project.

The total contract value is SAR 7.2 billion, with approximately SAR 1.1 billion already paid upfront for completed construction work. The project is slated for completion within 42 months.
