Saudi Industrial Development Co.'s (SIDC) board of directors reappointed Abdulelah AlAsaker as Chairman and Bandar Al-Homaidhi as Vice Chairman, Managing Director, and Acting CEO.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board approved the formation of the remuneration and nomination committee based on the approved duties and authorities.

 

The board secretary and representatives of the company to the Capital Market Authority, Tadawul Group Holding Co., and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) were appointed for all purposes related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
