Baazeem shareholders elect board members for 2025-2029

Baazeem Trading Co.'s shareholders approved the election of board members for the upcoming term, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Dec. 19.

 

The new four term will begin on Jan. 26, 2025, Baazeem said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company announced the election of the following members to the board of directors: Salem Baazeem, Fawziah Baazeem, Ali Sheneamer, Ali Al-Waqedi, and Abdullah Balamesh.
