CMCER inks 1-year cooperation deal for event coverage

Canadian Medical Center (CMCER) signed on Dec. 18 a one-year cooperation agreement with Al Ru’ya Al Raeda Medical Co. to deliver comprehensive medical services for event coverage, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
The value of the deal cannot be determined at present, as it depends on the number of events provided throughout the year, the statement added.
 
Under this agreement, CMCER will act as an external provider for additional services, including ambulances, additional nursing staff, and mobile clinics. Additionally, Al Ru’ya Al Raeda will provide specialized training programs for CMCER paramedics in sports first aid and on-field injury response, reflecting the commitment of both parties to enhancing the quality of medical services provided.
 

The relevant financial impact will likely appear during the first half of 2025, CMCER said, adding, that the deal included no related parties.

 

The company said that it had not receive a copy of the contract until the end of Dec. 19, 2024.
