Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (Tharwah) signed a joint memorandum of cooperation (MoC) with the Hail Region Development Authority (HRDA) and the Ta’alum Education Support Association.
The MoC runs for one calendar year, commencing from the date of signing by all parties. It will automatically renew for an equivalent term unless one party notifies the other of its desire to not renew at least 60 days prior to the expiry date, Tharwah said in a statement to Tadawul today, Dec. 19.

It added that the solo scope of cooperation and its role in the MoC are as follows:
- Delivering 400 training and qualification courses for children of social security beneficiary families supported by the third party.
- Working closely with the first and third parties to develop and implement programs and projects targeting social security beneficiaries, based on mutually agreed coordination among all parties.
The shared scope of cooperation is as follow:
1. Enhancing cooperation to support the children of social security beneficiaries.
2. Joint collaboration between the parties to provide training and development programs for this group, aiming to prepare them for the labor market.
3. Participating in forums, conferences, festivals, and specialized exhibitions organized by either party.
4. Joint efforts to establish strategic partnerships to contribute to providing job opportunities for graduates from social security beneficiaries, based on the capabilities of each party.
5. Conducting joint research and studies in fields related to social security beneficiaries.
6. Reviewing and sharing activities that could fuel potential collaboration between the parties, incorporating the ultimate methods for achieving them.
7. Committing to the agreed standards and attending regular meetings.
The parties agreed that this MoC is non-binding and does not create any contractual obligation or financial liability for any party towards the others.
Each party is liable to bear responsibility for any commitments or expenses incurred by them in the course of cooperation and implementation of the provisions of this memorandum. Further, the parties agreed that each must obtain the necessary approvals ahead of the MoC’s implementation.
The company also said there is no related financial impact, adding that it will announce any material developments in this regard in due time.
This collaboration aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to ensure equal access to education. It reflects the shared commitment of the parties to provide educational opportunities for children of families benefiting from social security, who represent the strong pillars upon which the nation’s achievements are built, both now and in the future, said the company.
Furthermore, it supports community development efforts by empowering individuals, communities, and institutions through enhanced cooperation in the field of social responsibility, it added.
