Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (Tharwah) appointed Mekyal Financial Technologies Co. as the financial advisor for the acquisition and associated procedures of a 49% stake in Amjad Watan Exhibitions and Conferences Organization Co., a sole proprietorship.

 

IAny material developments regarding this deal will be announced in due course, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

According to data compiled by Argaam, Tharwah signed a binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) this month to acquire a 49% stake in Amjad Watan Exhibitions and Conferences Organization.
