Sure renews contract for technical support with government entity

Sure Global Tech Co. signed an 850-day contract to renew licenses for services and technical support of applications with a government entity.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company stated that the project value exceeds 9% of the company's revenue for 2023, inclusive of value-added tax.

The company aims to develop and maintain the applications for the government entity, including the relevant licenses, technical support, as well as the development and maintenance of the entity's systems and applications.

 

The deal is expected to have a positive financial impact on Sure’s financials during 2025 and 2026.

 

The company noted that the project was awarded on Nov. 27. All necessary signatures were completed and a copy of the contract was received on Dec. 5. There are no related parties to the agreement, it added.

 

According to data available on Argaam, Sure posted a profit of SAR 194.29 million during the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2023.
