Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. (Cenomi Retail) reopened the ZARA store in Nakheel Mall, Riyadh, after completing renovations that nearly doubled the store size from 1,624 square meters (sqm) to over 3,000 sqm—making it the largest ZARA outlet in Saudi Arabia.

The renovation is part of Cenomi Retail’s ongoing commitment to enhance customer experience, in line with the promising potential of the sector, which is expected to continue growing at an average of 5.3% per annum until 2028, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

By upgrading stores in high-traffic and prime locations, Cenomi Retail continues to cater to the evolving needs of today’s customers, providing a fully integrated omnichannel experience across both physical and digital platforms.

Offering customers a more immersive and spacious shopping experience, this flagship location now features the largest footwear section in Riyadh, covering 125 square meters, and boasts 35 fitting rooms, and a premium selection of products across all categories, the company noted.

A key highlight is the expanded kids' section, which includes the largest newborn area in any ZARA store. Additionally, the introduction of SELO machines for self-pick-up of online orders and self-checkout cashiers provides a seamless and convenient shopping experience, offering multiple payment methods.
