Lock-up period on Miahona major shareholder ends today

The lock-up period on Miahona Co.’s major shareholder Vision Invest, which owns a 70% stake in the company, ended today, Dec. 5, six months after its shares listed on the Main Market (TASI) on June 6, 2024.

 

As of today, Vision Invest will be able to sell their shares without the need for prior approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

According to data available to Argaam, Vision Invest is equally owned by Abdulkadir Al-Muhaideeb & Sons Co. and Abdullah Abunayyan Trading Co., with each company holding a 35% stake.
