Saudi Cement elects new board members

Saudi Cement Co.’s shareholders approved electing new board members for the upcoming four-year term, starting Jan. 1, 2025, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Nov. 27, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The members include, among others, Khalid Al-Rajhi, Mohammed Al Khereiji, Khalid Al Abdulkarim, Ahmad Al Saadi, Aref Al Ashban and Amin Musa Al-Afifi.
