Tanmiah Food Co. announced today, Aug. 5, that its subsidiaries, Agricultural Development Co. (ADC) and Desert Hills Veterinary Services (DHV), have obtained credit facilities worth SAR 200 million from Alinma Bank to meet their working capital requirements, according to a statement to Tadawul.
These facilities are also intended to support the sustainable growth and development of both companies.

The one-year facilities are guaranteed by a promissory note, the statement said.
In a separate statement to Tadawul, Tanmiah Food said ADC obtained today credit facilities worth SAR 120 million from the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) to meet its working capital requirements.
The facilities will support the company's sustainable growth and development.
The facilities will have a tenure of one year and are guaranteed by a promissory note.
The one-year facilities are guaranteed by a promissory note, the company said, adding that there are no related parties to both contracts.
