Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO) reported revenue growth in Q2 2024 for the first time in more than two years, backed by the transition plan it launched in March 2023, CEO Abdel-Salam Bdeir told Argaam.
The second-quarter net income rose 75% year-on-year (YoY). Moreover, SACO’s showrooms witnessed the introduction of thousands of high-quality products.

Bdeir expected the company to post better results by the end of this year on commercial efficiency, the introduction of new items, price reductions, the enhancement of customer services, and the launch of the new website and mobile app, which are expected to significantly boost sales.

During this year, SACO added new categories and products such as home furnishings, bags, school supplies, toys, televisions, and air conditioners, which are highly popular among customers.

The CEO went on to say that SACO added more than 14,000 new items since last year, and canceled more than 15,000 items that did not meet the company's quality and price standards.

Bdeir concluded that SACO’s commitments to its customers include high quality, a wide variety of products, excellent service, competitive prices, and genuine sustainability.
