In a statement to Tadawul, the company announced the formation of the following committees:
The executive committee will be chaired by Mohammed Al-Faisal (independent member), with members Khaled Biyari, Non-Executive, Yazeed AlHumied, Non-Executive, Sanjay Kapoor, Independent, and Ibrahim ALMojel, Non-Executive.
The nominations and remuneration committee will be chaired by Jameel AlMulhem, Independent, with members Sarah AlSuhaimi, Independent, and Huda AlGhoson, External.
The investment committee will be chaired by Mohammed Al-Faisal, Independent, with members Arndt Rautenberg, Independent, Ibrahim ALMojel, Non-Executive, Sarah AlSuhaimi, Independent, and Rashid Sharif, External.
The risk committee will be chaired by Rania Nashar, Non-Executive, with members Walid Shukri, Independent, Ahmed Al-Omran, Non-Executive, and Tarek Al Rikhaimi, External.
The company also appointed the secretary of the board and representatives for the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) for all related matters.
In a separate statement, the audit committee for the ninth board term (July 25, 2024 - July 24, 2028) will include Walid Shukri, Amr Kurdi, and Medhat Tawfiq as members.
