SASCO reappoints Ibrahim Al Hudaithi as Chairman, Sultan Al Hudaithi as Vice-Chair

Saudi Automotive Services Co.'s (SASCO) board of directors decided to reappoint Ibrahim Al Hudaithi (non-executive) as Chairman and Sultan Al Hudaithi (executive) as Vice Chairman and Managing Director for the new term that begins on June 30, 2024, for a period of four years, ending on June 29, 2028.

 

The company said in a statement on Tadawul that the executive committee was formed, with Ibrahim Al Hudaithi as Chairman, and Sultan Al Hudaithi and Riyadh Saleh Almalik as members.

In addition, the remuneration and nomination committee was also formed, with Faisal Aljedaie, Majed Mohammed Al-Othman, and Yousef Alyousefi as members. The company noted that the committee chairman will be determined in the first meeting.

 

During the meeting, the company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Exchange, and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) were appointed.
