Sure renews SAR 45M credit facilities with BSF

Sure Global Tech Co. renewed today, June 12, Shariah-compliant credit facilities agreement at a total value of SAR 45 million with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF).

 

The agreement is valid for one year, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The facilities are fully guaranteed by a promissory note.

The facilities will be used to finance current and future projects, issue bank guarantees and letters of credit.

 

There are no related parties.
