Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. signed a partnership agreement with Saudi Investment Recycling Co. (SIRC), a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF).

The agreement aims to manage hazardous waste and used oil disposal using cutting-edge methods, with a focus on minimizing negative practices in this field.

SIRC posted on X that the agreement is geared towards advancing the circular economy, overseeing the treatment of oils, and formulating a strategy that promotes best practices in recycling used oils and extracting economic value from them, aligning with one of the Kingdom's environmental sustainability targets.

The agreement, SIRC added, will contribute to mitigating environmental pollution and safeguarding natural resources, describing it as a significant step towards a sustainable future.
