Tanmiah Food secures SAR 450M credit facility from BSF

Tanmiah Food Co. signed a long-term Shariah-compliant credit facility worth SAR 450 million with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF), according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The financing, with a term of 7 years from the first drawdown, is guaranteed by the company’s promissory note.

 

The loan will be used to support strategic expansion plans. There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
