Jada unveils first investment in private credit with SAR938M fund

Jada Fund of Funds Co., which is backed by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), announced its first investment in private credit by investing in Ruya Partners’ $250 million (SAR 938 million) fund.

 

Jada affirms its commitment to supporting the Kingdom’s private credit market through more investments soon, Jada said in a statement.

 

This step affirms Jada’s commitment to supporting SMEs in the Kingdom and the region, and underscores the value it sees in strategic, sustainable investments made through innovative funding solutions.

 

Jada Fund of Funds CEO Bandr Alhomaly said: "Our new strategy reinforces our commitment to providing innovative and flexible funding solutions to promote private sector-led growth and economic diversification under the Kingdom's Vision 2030."
