Marble Design sets IPO price range at SAR 52–56 per share

Yaqeen Capital, financial advisor and lead manager on the potential initial public offering (IPO) of Marble Design Co., stated that the offering price range was set at SAR 52–56 per share, according to a Tadawul statement.

The book-building period for qualified investors will run from July 23-27.

In Match, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the company's application to float 600,000 shares, or 10% of its capital, on Nomu-Parallel Market, according to data available with Argaam.
