Sure signs SAR 14.3 mln contract with Ministry of Communications

Sure Global Tech Co. signed on April 27 a SAR 14.3 million contract with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The project aims to develop a unified digital portal for the services of government agencies and private sector.

 

The contract is effective 20 months, starting from the date of commencement works record.

 

The deal is expected to have a positive impact on the company's financial statements during 2023, 2024 and the first quarter of 2025.

 

The necessary signatures were completed, and a copy of the contract was received on May 11.

 

The deal does not have any related parties, the statement added.
