SASCO says board member resigns

Saudi Automotive Services Co.’s (SASCO) board of directors approved today, Jan. 30, the resignation of Sulaiman Azzabin, an independent board member, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation is effective immediately, the statement added.
