Tadawul: SAIC shares go ex-bonus today

Shares of Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SAIC) have their ex-bonus today, Dec. 11, in the event of the shareholders’ approval on the capital hike during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

 

The company’s board recommended a 20% capital hike through issuing one bonus share for every five shares owned by registered shareholders.
