Tadawul sees 4 negotiated deals worth SAR 73.1 mln, 2 deals on Batic worth SAR 85 mln

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) registered four negotiated deals today, Aug. 16, on Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co., Bank AlJazira and ACWA Power Co., at a total value of SAR 73.1 million.

 

The market also saw two negotiated deals on 2.9 million shares of Batic Investment and Logistics Co., representing 4.9% of its 60 million shares capital, at a total value of SAR 85 million.

 

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price.
