Red Sea shareholders start e-voting on EGM agenda today

Shareholders of Red Sea International Co. will start today, July 20, remote voting on the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), according to a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will vote on the board of directors’ recommendation to cut capital by 49.61% from SAR 600 million to SAR 302.34 million, Argaam earlier reported.
