Hail Cement to start e-voting on OGM agenda on April 14

Hail Cement Co. announced that e-voting on the agenda of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) slated for April 18, will start tomorrow, April 14, at 10:00 am, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on delegating the board of directors to distribute interim dividends for 2022 on a semi-annual or a quarterly basis, Argaam earlier reported.
