SICO Saudi REIT appoints 2 new board members

SICO Saudi REIT Fund’s board member, Saud Saad Al-Siyari (independent member), resigned from the fund’s board of directors, fund manager SICO Capital said in a bourse statement today, March 30.

 

The fund appointed Fahd Al-Shammri and Ali Al-Din as independent board member, the statement added.

 

These updates are effective from March 15.
