Alkhaleej Training signs 2 contracts with King Saud University worth combined SAR 65.7 mln

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. received today, Sept. 2, the copies signed by the rector of King Saud University for two contracts concluded with the university valued at SAR 65.7 million, the company said in separate bourse filings.

Under the first contract, the company will provide operational staff to teach English language skills to students of practical and engineering faculty in the joint first-year deanship at the university. The contract is valued at SAR 36.67 million.

Under the second contract, valued at SAR 28.99 million, the company will provide an operational staff to teach English language skills to students of health colleges in the joint first-year deanship at the university.

The company said that both the contracts are for one year, noting the financial impact of these contracts will appear in FY 2021 and beyond.

There are no related parties, the statements noted.
