Saudi Arabia has made a great progress in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic on all levels, backed by the coordinated efforts of society and the unlimited support of the Kingdom’s leadership, Acting Minister of Media, Majed Alkassabi, said during a press briefing today, Aug. 19.

 

As many as 11 million people were fully vaccinated, while 21 million people received one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

 

Moreover, the Kingdom made a great progress in various economic sectors, which was highlighted by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Alkassabi concluded.
