Al Mashaar REIT pledges title deed of Riyadh office property to Riyad Bank

Muscat Capital, the manager of Al Mashaar REIT Fund, completed the pledging process for the title deed of an office property in I-Offices, Riyadh, in favor of Riyad Bank, according to a bourse filing today, April 15, 2021.

 

The pledging process took place on April 14, 2021, as a guarantee for Shariah-compliant credit facilities secured by the fund.

 

The process will have no resulting impact, the fund manager noted.
