Amiantit reappoints Prince Ahmad Al-Saud as chairman

Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co.'s board of directors, on Dec. 28, gave the green light for reappointing Prince Ahmad bin Khaled Al-Saud as Chairman and Prince Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Saud as Vice Chairman for the three-year term starting Jan. 1, 2021, until Dec. 31, 2023, according to a bourse statement.

 

In addition, Waleed Abu Kishk was named as the board's secretary.

 

The board also approved forming the executive committee, to include Ahmad Al-Saud as chairman and Abdulaziz Al-Saud as vice chairman. The committee also includes the following members: Khalil Kordi and Solaiman Al-Twaijri.

 

Moreover, the board gave the go-ahead for forming the investment, audit as well as the compensation and remuneration committees.
