Saudi Arabia records 180 COVID-19 cases on Wednesday

Saudi Arabia recorded 180 COVID-19 cases today, Dec. 16, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 360,335, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 199, raising the total number of recovered cases to 351,192 (97% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 3,063, of which 463 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported 11 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 6,080.

 

The Kingdom concluded 46,619 new tests, bringing up the total number of laboratory tests to 10,5 million.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 53, followed by Makkah (32), Madinah (24), Eastern Province (30) and Aseer (14).
