Anaam International Holding Group will pay SAR 65.42 million worth of refunds to the rights holders who did not subscribe to new shares on Dec. 3,2020.
The company said in a bourse statement that it will deposit the amount in the bank accounts of eligible rights holders who did not subscribe to new shares and are entitled to fractional shares.
For eligible rights holders whose bank account data is not available or incomplete, they should visit the head office of the company or contact the Investor Relations via email or telephone.
According to the data available with Argaam, Anaam Holding offered 9 million shares of rights issue at SAR 10 per share, with a total value of SAR 90 million, in order to increase the company's capital to SAR 105 million from SAR 15 million.
The rights issue shares were 89.1% subscribed through subscription of 8.02 million shares, while the coverage ratio for the remaining offering was 242.7%.
