Arabian Shield shareholders to start e-voting on agenda items tomorrow

Shareholders of Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Co. will adopt electronic voting as of, tomorrow, June 26, on the agenda items of its general meeting that will be held on June 30, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

Shareholders are set to vote on the board's recommendation on withholding dividend for FY19, Argaam earlier reported.

The move came after the Capital Market Authority (CMA) issued, on March 16, a circular to enable shareholders to participate and vote on general meeting agenda items through Tadawulaty system in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
