Tadawul announces start of Allianz SF’s rights trading from tomorrow

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announced today the beginning of the subscription period and tradable rights trading for Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co. (Allianz SF) from June 22, 2020.

 

Rights trading will end on June 29, while the subscription to new shares will close on July 2.

 

On June 16, Allianz SF shareholders approved the board of directors’ recommendation to increase the company’s capital from SAR 200 million to SAR 600 million through a rights issue.
