Northern Cement’ shareholders to vote on withholding FY2019 dividend on April 19

Northern Region Cement Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on withholding dividend for the fiscal year 2019 during the general assembly meeting that will be held on April 19, 2020.

 

Earlier this month, the company’s board of directors recommended withholding dividend for FY2019 to strengthen solvency and support future growth, according to data compiled by Argaam.
