1) Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund’s net profit reached SAR 2.54 million in Q4 2019.
2) Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund will pay 1.9% cash dividends to unitholders for the fourth quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.19 per unit, amounting to SAR 30 million.
3) Alkhabeer REIT Fund posted SAR 675.25 million net asset value (NAV) for the fourth quarter of 2019.
4) The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) elected a new board of directors for a 3-year term starting Jan. 16, 2020 to Jan. 15, 2023.
5) Muscat Capital will distribute cash dividends to Al Masha’ar REIT Fund unit holders for the period starting July 1, 2019 to Dec. 31, 2019, at SAR 0.26 per unit, or 2.6% initial price per unit.
6) Trading of Saudi Cable Co. (SCC) rights ended yesterday, Jan. 13, while the subscription period will run throughout Jan. 16.
7) Raydan Cuisines and Restaurants Co. signed 2 franchise agreements with Al Bundqia Sweets for 5 renewable years in Taif.
8) Brent crude on Tuesday gained 5 cents to reach $64.25 per barrel whereas WTI Crude remained flat at $58.08/bbl.
