Saudi Re to open board membership nominations Jan. 1

Saudi Re for Cooperative Reinsurance Co. (Saudi Re) will open on Jan. 1 a nomination process for board membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting May 11, 2020, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

 

Nominations will be received no later than Jan. 31, 2020, the insurer added.
