Taleem REIT Fund posts SAR 18.6 mln profit in H1 2019

Taleem REIT Fund has reported net profit of SAR 18.6 million for the period from January 1, 2019 until June 30, 2019, Saudi Fransi Capital said in a bourse statement.

 

Net asset value stood at SAR 528.7 million, while total expenses and fees reached SAR 2.33 million. The number of units reached 51 million with a net asset value per unit at SAR 10.3676. Return for the period hit 3.54 percent.
