Allianz Saudi Fransi elects new board of directors

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders have elected a new board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on August 8, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board includes AlWaleed A. Aldryaan, Hicham Raissi, Antoine Jean Issa, Herve Gloaguen, Andreas Brunner, Mazen Tamimi, Abdullah Saghaier Alhussaini alshehri, Basil Bin Mohamed Bin Jabr and Kamel Al-Munajjed.
