Sulaiman Al Habib’s Shamal Al Riyadh Hospital to launch on June 10

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group said it obtained on June 2 the Ministry of Health’s final license to operate Shamal Al Riyadh for Healthcare Hospital. The operations at the hospital will commence on June 10, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The trials are complete, and all administrative and technical requirements are in place. Operations will begin gradually, in line with the requirements and the growth in the number of patients.

The relevant financial impact will reflect as of Q3 2024, the statement added.

The company said a fire broke out in the hospital of Shamal Al Riyadh for Healthcare Co., a 100%-owned subsidiary, on Aug. 17, 2023, Argaam earlier reported.

The healthcare provider had anticipated the project to start operations in Q2 2024, after obtaining the relevant regulatory approvals and licenses.
