Bupa Arabia announces opening of e-voting for general meeting

Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Company will commence the remote e-voting on the items of the company’s extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM), which will be held on June 30, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The EGM will be held at Bupa Arabia's head office in Prince Saud Al-Faisal Street, Al-Khalediyah District, Jeddah.

 

The e-voting will commence on June 26, 2019, at 10:00 AM and will continue until June 30, 2019 at 16:00 PM.

 

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty portal can register and vote online through https://www.tadawulaty.com.sa
