Al Akaria names new CEO

Saudi Real Estate Co.'s (Al Akaria) board of directors appointed Kelvin Kwok as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective as of June 25, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Kwok holds an MBA from Cranfield University in the United Kingdom and has an extensive experience in the field of real estate development and financial engineering. Previously, Kwok held the position of Dar Al Arkan CEO, as well as the managing director of Swicorp Investment Bank. 

 

In March, Al Akaria announced the resignation of Mamdouh Al Sharhan.
